The content on this site is provided for general information about our products. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee that everything is complete, current or error free at all times. Specifications, pricing and availability can change without notice.
Product descriptions and images
We describe our engraved gifts as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and timber, bamboo, glass, crystal and plated metal finishes vary slightly from one batch to the next, so small differences between an image and the product you receive are normal. Laser and hand engraving also vary a little in depth and shade from piece to piece.
Not medical advice
Our products are consumer gifts and keepsakes for the home. Every item is sold with the engraving shown on its product page; we do not add names, dates or custom text, and we do not offer an engraving service. Stated dimensions, capacities and materials come from the manufacturer. Glassware is not toughened unless the product page says so, and crystal and glass items are not toys.
